I am passionate about empowering people to create positive change and well-being both in their personal and professional lives, helping them define and follow a path of continuous growth and contribute meaningfully to the communities and societies they live and work in.
I hold a Professional Ceritficate in Executive Coaching from the Henley Business School and a Life Coaching Certificate from Mindvalley, both accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the Association for Coaching. I opted for this dual certification to be able to offer a more comprehenisive, holistic coaching service. This combination helps me bring together state of the art frameworks and tools for a holistic approach to the individual who partners with me for their journey of self-development.
During my 20+ years in business administration in international non-profit environment I have witnessed and lived through times when personal difficulties made work life challenging for employees, and vice versa: when challenges at work caused breaks in personal and family lives. Relocations, leaving extended families and friends behind make us even more vulnerable and typically these are the times when our employers, teams and our families need us most. Making it all work and work well for everyone is both art and science, requiring a certain amount of critical thinking, empathy and emotional intelligence. And the key to it is the individual: our self-awareness, relationship-management and communication skills, our style of being in the world and in the communities we belong to.
My dual expertise in both executive and life coaching brings added value to my clients, leading to better work-life balance, more harmonious relationships, more fulfilling life, simply by counting in all pieces of the puzzle and building strategies that encompass all areas of life and all the roles carried.
I work in English and Hungarian, mostly online, in person in Berlin, Germany.
